Cambridge Sustainability Residency – CSRes (Cambridge, UK)

I am  participating at the Cambridge Sustainability Residency – CSRes, an annual artist-led project that takes place in the city of Cambridge.

– Cambridge Sustainability Residency – CSRes

From 31st March for 2 weeks artists from as far away as Brazil will be converging on Cambridge to debate, discuss and imagine ways of responding to the environmental challenges facing our planet.

This is the 2nd Cambridge Sustainability Residency run by artists with support from Cambridge School of Art and the Global Sustainability Institute (GSI). The 14 selected artists encompass sculpture, moving image, photography and installation.

The 2 weeks will culminate in an exhibition at the Changing Spaces Gallery on Norfolk Street from 11th to 13th April with the Private View on 10th April from 6 to 8pm.  A wider range of collaborators including artists from last years residency will also be exhibiting in the Ruskin building in Cambridge School of Art at Anglia Ruskin University and this work will be shown from 31st March to the 9th May.

The artists will engage with local activists, policy makers and scientists through a series of workshops on 1st and 2nd April.
